For the second year, Collaborative Media brought on M.Samuels Media to produce the recap for their annual Pacific Festival. Set against Newport Beach’s back bay, the beachside venue brought out a large crowd of partiers to enjoy a mellow mix of new disco and indie rock.
Collaborative Media’s founder, Mike Tunney, travels the world and always seems to find himself right where the action is best. Backstage, onstage, an behind the scenes, a collaboration with Flip was a natural partnership.
The Pacific Festival was a one day event that featured the likes of Snoop Dogg, Cut Copy, Ghostland Observatory, Phantogram, and over fifty other indie and electronic bands. MSamuels Media was hired to produce the content for the show so we brought in a few RED cameras, 5D’s and fifteen crew to document the day from every stage and angle possible.
