MSM partnered with prAna to tell a powerful narrative that emphasizes the brand’s commitment to sustainability through a series of short films focused on their sourcing strategy and ethos. The films, shot across locations in India, China, and prAna’s headquarters in Carlsbad, CA, captures prAna’s mission to empower consumers to make ethical, sustainable choices in the fashion and textile industry. By highlighting prAna’s unique and inspiring suppliers, we aimed to inspire viewers to reflect on how thoughtful choices can drive meaningful change.

Crafting the Story: Scripting and Interview Strategy

Our team took a lead role in scripting and developing interview questions to bring prAna’s sustainability journey to the forefront. Carefully crafted questions encouraged prAna’s team members to share insights about the brand’s environmental and social initiatives, as well as the impact of these practices on the global supply chain. These discussions became the foundation of the film, providing an authentic, transparent view into prAna’s mission and values, and emphasizing the importance of conscious consumption.

Capturing Authenticity Through Global Cinematography

From the factories in India and China to the corporate HQ in Carlsbad, our cinematography aimed to capture prAna’s journey from production to consumer.
